Unfortunately the May 19-21, 2017 event has been cancelled due to the Director's injuries from a motor vehicle accident on April 8, 2017. The April 2018 date is tentative.
EPIC's Service Intensive Retreat is a service focused weekend open to both sides of slash that offers education, discovery and fellowship for those of us that service, rituals and protocols are an essential part of our dynamics and individual journeys.
An education track that provides for both sides of the slash equally, whether in an established dynamic or an individual. Social activities that provide an atmosphere to put service into practical application, whether giving or Receiving service. An event where we can "let our hair down" in the afternoon and dress to the nines in the evening. A weekend that is part con, part retreat and part vacation!
No matter which side of the slash you are on; if Service, Protocol, Rituals, Power Exchange and Authority Transfer are an important part of your journey, as an individual or an established dynamic, we hope you join us!
Our Full Resort Registration includes your meals, full access to event activities and full access to the resort facilities and grounds. Non-Alcoholic beverages are also included, the Friday Reception and Saturday Service Dinner/Reception will have a cash bar available.
Friday afternoon begins with hotel and event check in, followed by early evening classes. Friday night we will enjoy a catered reception in one of the resorts gorgeous banquet halls. A chance to meet the presenters and your fellow attendees, enjoy a relaxing evening of socialization. Perhaps you are a single in search of Master or Dominant to serve for the weekend or you are a Master/Dominant looking for someone to serve you, Friday's Reception is a great opportunity to meet, get to know each other and explore the possibility of connection.
Saturday will begin with a full breakfast buffet, then spend the day enjoying classes or the resort and all it has to offer. Midday we will break for a lunch, then we have more classes. Saturday afternoon while the Master/Dominants are enjoying a leisurely “Relax & Chat Cigar Social” the s-types will be immersed in learning Formal Dining Service Protocol and preparing for their service during the Semi-Formal Service Dinner.
Saturday evening the Semi-Formal Service Dinner. A 5 course High Protocol Dinner. Masters and Dominants arrive and are greeted by the evenings Hostess, Host, and Guest of Honor. A short period of mingling while everyone arrives and are then escorted to their dinner seats. Meal service will begin promptly at 6:30pm and will conclude with a keynote address delivered by Sir Eric Pride.
After dinner we will adjourn to the evenings entertainment; Cigars and card tables on the veranda, music in the banquet room and we're planning a few surprises (you'll have to attend to find out).
Sunday morning we begin the day with a Service Breakfast, less formal than dinner the night before, resort casual dress is encouraged. Once all M & D's have been served the s-types are free to join them for their meal.
Breakfast will be immediately followed by Sir_Vice & Vices_soumise presentation of Power Exchange as Mutual Giving. A brief Q & A will follow their presentation. We are working on adding additional presentations to the schedule following breakfast.
